You can’t. They’re motion detection lights.

How to charge this lamp?
It comes with a cord that you have to plug into your own USB port. I use an plug with a USB adapter from an old apple phone charger. If you don’t have one of those you can plug into a USB port on your computer. Annoying that it doesn’t come able to charge in its own with a plug, but it’s a great light! We use it every night and have been happy.
